Please read through the following sections for understanding the process before you proceed to the AML online supplier's registration.
1. Why must I register with AML procurement system?
Answer: Registration is mandatory for all vendors / suppliers, to be able to respond to Request for Tender, Expression of Interest & Request for Procurement.
2. How do I register on AML online procurement database
STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT
The vendor / supplier needs to set-up an account on our system by REGISTERING / SIGNING UP at:
NOTE: All fields are mandatory.
Click on SUBMIT to sign-up on the system.
STEP 2: VALIDATE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
The vendor / supplier is required to check and validate his email account.
Click on web link received by email to ACTIVATE your access on AML online procurement system.
STEP 3: COMPLETE REGISTRATION
After account is successfully activated, the supplier / vendor can now COMPLETE the online supplier's registration process by filling-in the remaining fields like Company Name, BRN, contact details, etc.
NOTE: All fields are mandatory and must be completed to submit your company's registration.
Click on SUBMIT to finish your registration.
STEP 4: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Once the supplier's form input has been completed and submitted, AML will then process your registration internally and contact you if necessary for further verification.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All registration information will be verified by AML procurement team.
Incomplete or innacurate or false supplier's information will be disqualified and removed from the database.
